Hand-Painted Shields..

In medieval times, banqueting halls were adorned with shields bearing the family's Coat

coats of arms. Today many people hang shields with their family name's coat of arms in their homes; the shields are smaller, but so are the homes!

With over 1 million images in our database, it is likely we have the coat of arms for your name. However, you can check our database before you buy.

Shields have a hardwood base available in a choice of dark, medium or natural finish. The coat of arms is hand painted onto a raised plinth.

Delivery times fluctuate depending on the number of orders and average about 8-10 weeks.

To hang your shield, fix a screw in a wall and slot the base of the shield onto the screw.

Hand-painted shields are available in several sizes, and also a double version.
